During the short window of 70-90 days of monsoon, spend a day foraging in forests/ plateaus/ hillocks, with 12 guests & kakis. Meeting point/ time and travel time: It takes about 30-50 minutes from north Goa to Bicholim Meet kakis, sip on a seasonal refresher, go foraging a short distance away (walk or by vehicle), return with the forage of the day, watch & work with kakis as they prepare woodfire-cooked meals, served on traditional plates. Take back a portion of the meal, along with hand-written forage-note, explaining every ingredient gathered. Sitting: 11:30–2:30 PM. What's included: Seasonal bites, refreshers, kakis dining spread, forage-note, local access to foraging locations and a takeaway. What is not included: Transport, if required will be arranged, additionally.
