This part-walk, part-drive experience takes you through vast rice fields, ancient water systems, Asia's oldest seminary, and a palatial Portuguese-era mansion. Bonus: look out for migratory birds from December to March! The Local Plan Timing: 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Day) OR 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Evening). The Journey: Meet your host at the starting point at Rachol Seminary, and follow along in your vehicle. The Route: Drive past scenic fields to explore ancient water engineering, a historic seminary, and an grand mansion. The Food: Enjoy seasonal toca-boca (local bites) and a traditional thali lunch or supper at a local eatery. Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by you: Full refund only if cancelled 72 hours in advance. No refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of the experience. Cancellations must be done via phone call, followed by a WhatsApp confirmation. Bookings are non-transferable to another person, date, or experience. In case of cancellation by The Local Beat: We may cancel or reschedule due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., weather, public unrest, transport failure, natural events). If rescheduling doesn’t work for you, a full refund will be done within 5 working days via GPay or bank transfer.
